  1. 30-Day Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unworn, unused, and unaltered
  • All original tags and packaging must be intact
  • The item must be free from odors, stains, pet hair, smoke, or damage
  • Proof of purchase is required

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be rejected.

  1. Custom & Personalized Orders

Custom-made or personalized items are non-refundable, except in cases of verified manufacturer defects.

If a defect is confirmed, we will offer:

  • A repair, or
  • A replacement, or
  • A refund at our discretion

Size issues on custom orders do not qualify for refunds.

  1. Exchanges

We allow exchanges within 30 days of delivery.

  • Buyer is responsible for all return and reshipping costs.
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.
  • A 10% restocking fee may apply to exchanged items.
  1. Restocking Fee

Approved returns (non-defective items) are subject to a 10% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount.

Shipping costs (original and return) are non-refundable.

  1. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

You must provide:

  • Clear photos of the item
  • Photos of packaging
  • Order number

Failure to report damage within 48 hours may result in denial of the claim.

  1. Return Shipping Responsibility

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost or undelivered return packages.

All international returns must be marked clearly as:

“Returned Goods – No Commercial Value”

to avoid customs delays or additional charges.

  1. Inspection & Refund Process

Once your return is received, we will inspect the item.

We reserve the right to:

  • Reject returns that do not meet eligibility requirements
  • Deduct fees for damage, wear, or missing components

Approved refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days after inspection.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method via PayPal.

Processing times may vary depending on PayPal policies.

  1. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

If a payment dispute or chargeback is initiated without first contacting us for resolution, we reserve the right to provide this policy, inspection records, delivery confirmation, and communication history to the payment provider as evidence.

We encourage customers to contact us directly to resolve any concerns before filing a dispute.
